Open AppData
Use the Run dialog to open your AppData Roaming folder quickly.
Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
Type %appdata% and press Enter.
This opens the Roaming folder inside AppData.

Go to AppData root
From Roaming, go back to the main AppData directory so you can check all three subfolders.
In the address bar at the top of the folder window, click AppData to go back to the main AppData directory.
You should now see: Local, LocalLow, and Roaming.

Check Local folder
Open the Local folder and remove any NetEase or Once Human data.
Open the Local folder.
Look for NETEASE and Once Human folders.
If found: right-click the folder → Delete → confirm. Delete the entire folder, not just the contents.

Check LocalLow folder
Go back to AppData, then open LocalLow and remove the same folders if present.
Go back to AppData (use the address bar).
Open LocalLow.
Look for NETEASE and Once Human. If found, delete the entire folder(s).

Check Roaming folder
Finally, check Roaming and remove any remaining NetEase or Once Human folders.
Go back to AppData.
Open Roaming.
Look for NETEASE and Once Human. If present, delete them completely.

Final notes
Make sure you’ve checked all three locations. If Windows won’t delete a folder, try this:
Confirm all three were checked: AppData\Local, AppData\LocalLow, AppData\Roaming.
If Windows refuses to delete a folder: restart your PC, then try again before opening the game or launcher.
Closing the game and launcher before deleting helps avoid “in use” errors. Run this cleanup when nothing NetEase-related is running.
Cleanup complete!
All NetEase / Once Human folders have been removed from AppData. If you couldn’t delete something, restart your PC and try again before opening the game or launcher.
