STEP 06 of 6

Final notes

Make sure you’ve checked all three locations. If Windows won’t delete a folder, try this:

Confirm all three were checked: AppData\Local, AppData\LocalLow, AppData\Roaming.
⚠️
If Windows refuses to delete a folder: restart your PC, then try again before opening the game or launcher.
💡 Closing the game and launcher before deleting helps avoid “in use” errors. Run this cleanup when nothing NetEase-related is running.
🧹
Cleanup complete!

All NetEase / Once Human folders have been removed from AppData. If you couldn’t delete something, restart your PC and try again before opening the game or launcher.
