Open the Run dialog and go straight to your user's AppData Roaming folder.

This opens the Roaming folder inside AppData.

Go to AppData root
From Roaming, go back to the main AppData directory so you can access Local, LocalLow, and Roaming.

In the address bar at the top of the folder window, click AppData to go back to the main AppData directory.
You should now see: Local, LocalLow, and Roaming.

Check Local folder
Open the Local folder and remove any NetEase or Marvel Rivals data.

Open Local and look for NETEASE and Marvel Rivals.

If they exist: right-click the folder → Delete → confirm.

Delete the entire folder, not just the files inside it.

Check LocalLow folder
Go back to AppData, then open LocalLow and remove the same folders if present.

Go back to AppData, open LocalLow, and look for NETEASE and Marvel Rivals.

Finally, check Roaming and remove any remaining NetEase or Marvel Rivals folders.
