MINIDUMP

  1. Navigate to the Minidump folder:

    • Open File Explorer and go to C:WindowsMinidump.

  2. Locate the latest file:

    • Find the most recent .dmp file by checking the date modified.

  3. Copy the file:

    • Copy the latest .dmp file to another location, such as your Downloads folder.

  4. Compress the file (if needed):

    • If the file is large, you might need to compress it using a tool like WinRAR or 7-Zip.

  5. Send the file:

    • Attach the compressed file to this ticket.
