Join Our Discord Server
Our delivery process is fully automated through our Discord bot. Click the link below to join the server and get started.
Visit shadowsplay.io/discord to join the server.
Make sure you accept the invite and successfully enter the server before continuing.

Verify Your Account
Before you can open a ticket, you need to verify your Discord account in the server.
Navigate to the #verify channel in the server.
Follow the instructions displayed in the channel to complete the verification process.

Open a Delivery Ticket
Now you'll create a support ticket specifically for receiving your delivery.
Go to the #open-ticket channel in the server.
Click on the dropdown labeled Select a Ticket Type.
From the menu, select Receive Delivery to open your ticket.

Provide Order Details
A prompt will appear asking for your order information. Have these details ready before proceeding.
Enter your order number — find it at shadowsplay.io/account/orders.
Enter the email address you used when making the purchase.
If you signed in with a social account and don't know your email — click your order number in the orders page to view all details.

Activate Your Subscription
After your ticket is processed, use the command below in the ticket channel to activate your subscription.

Order ID
Your purchase order number. Numbers only.
e.g. 12345
Username
5+ chars. Letters, numbers, and [email protected]+ only. Avoid common names.
e.g. john1548494
Password
8–128 characters. Avoid < > " ' & \. You can change it after login.
e.g. MyPass1234
