3. Open a Ticket

   • Navigate to the open-ticket channel.
   • Click on the selection menu labeled Select a Ticket Type and choose Receive Delivery.

4. Provide Order Details

   • A prompt will ask for your order number and the email used for the purchase. You can find this information by visiting: https://shadowsplay.io/account/orders/.
   • If you registered using a social media account and are unsure of the email, click on the order number to view the order details.

5. Activate Your Subscription

   • After your ticket is opened, go to the appropriate channel.
   • You will see a button labeled How to Activate My Subscription. Click on it to receive a tutorial on how to activate your subscription.
