The issue
After injection, the game shows an empty login screen and you can’t sign in on your PC.
Sign in on mobile first to fix it. Start by installing Albion Online on your phone or tablet.
Download Albion Online on your phone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play.
STEP 02

Open the app and sign in
Use the same account on mobile that you use on PC so the server can sync your session.
Open the Albion app and sign in with the same account you use on PC.
STEP 03

Let the game load fully
Don’t log out or close the app until the game has fully loaded. This ensures the server recognizes your session.
Wait until you reach the character selection screen or the game world — then you’re ready for the next step.
STEP 04

Log out on mobile
Once the game has loaded, log out from the game on your mobile device. This frees the account for PC login.
Log out from the game on your mobile device (character selection or in-game menu).
STEP 05

Sign in again on PC
Try signing in on your PC. The login screen should now work without issues.
On your PC, open Albion Online and try signing in again. The login screen should now display correctly.
Tip: Keep the same account logged in on only one device at a time. If problems persist, restart the PC client after completing these steps.
